Military & Family Support of the Triad is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church providing friendship and support for any military personnel and his/her family. We are a group that has come together to help, love, and support local military personnel and their families.  It is for those who are currently in the military, those who have a family member in the military, and those who would like to come alongside these families to encourage them in their service to our country.  In our short two years' existence, we have held a pamper day for mothers and wives, several military prayer services and pot luck dinners, large care package drives, established a support group, and have been blessed to help several families.  In addition, we have established working partnerships with the Greensboro National Guard's Family Support, Fort Bragg's Community Service department, and also with the Blue Star Mothers.  With these relationships, we offer various ways for families to establish relationships and obtain the help and information they need.

Currently the Blue Star Mothers hold their meetings quarterly at our church. 

Military & Family Support of the Triad  also offers our own fellowships and events.

Prayer Support for our military personnel and their families

All of us know the importance of prayer, and there are few times that we feel the need for this more than during a time of military deployment. But it's not just the service member away on assignment who needs our prayers, it is also the families who are left behind. Calvary has compiled a list of military personnel who are members of our church or in some way connected to one of the members of our church. Please CBCmilitary.pdf for a list of these individuals, and then pray for these service members and their families as they serve us at home and abroad.
